We produce yellow high-purity cubic silicon carbide (3C-SiC) in large quantities.
At The Yellow SiC Group, we have developed a patented process to industrially produce high purity (<1ppm impurities) 3C SiC. There are various applications for this material (e.g. use for power semiconductors). If you want to know more, just contact us.
